Raw-material and banner-material inquiries
Use these routes when you are researching material in rolls or another material format. Confirm the actual construction, dimensions, weight, finish, printing compatibility, packaging, and availability for the selected request.
Finished-product and project inquiries
Use these routes when a project may require a cut, fabricated, installed, or otherwise finished item. State the finished-product requirement separately from the material requirement; do not infer that conversion, finishing, attachment, installation, or system support is available until it is confirmed for the order.
Safety-sensitive and performance-sensitive projects
For welding, fire-performance, paint-spraying, scaffold, containment, or sound-barrier work, provide the exact product configuration, intended use, target market, standard and edition, installation context, supporting structure, maintenance requirements, and requested evidence. A product name, image, generic test reference, or material description does not establish an approval, installed-system suitability, compliance result, or site-wide acoustic outcome.
Fire-retardant does not mean fireproof. A material test does not by itself approve a completed product or installed system. A divider curtain does not replace required ventilation, personal protective equipment, engineering controls, EHS review, or project-specific legal review.
