Production Process

Crafting High-Quality PVC Tarpaulin with Precision and Expertise

Step 1

Warping Machine

A warping machine prepares warp yarns for weaving by winding them onto a beam in a parallel, evenly-tensioned arrangement, creating the foundation for the fabric’s length on a loom.

Step 2

Weft Prepping Machine

Weft prepping machines prepare yarn for use as weft in weaving by winding, measuring, and sometimes lubricating the yarn to ensure consistent tension and length for efficient power loom operation.

Step 3

Power Looms

Power looms are mechanized weaving machines that automate the interlacing warp and weft yarns to produce the mesh fabric.

Step 4 – Option 1

PVC Knife Coating Lines

The mesh fabric undergoes PVC knife coating, where a thin, uniform layer of liquid PVC is applied using an adjustable blade, then cured and cooled, resulting in a waterproof and durable material with strong bonding between the mesh and PVC coating.

Step 4 – option 2

PVC Laminating Lines

The mesh fabric is processed through PVC laminating lines, where pre-formed PVC film is bonded to the substrate using heat and pressure, creating a composite material with the properties of both the mesh and the PVC layer.
