  • EN71-3

    Heavy metal safety standard

    Tests de migration des métaux lourds (plomb, cadmium, chrome) réalisés selon la norme européenne sur les matériaux PVC. Garantit une composition sûre pour les travailleurs et les utilisateurs finaux.

    Note: EN71-3 is a material safety standard, not a fire rating.

    Fire safety certification

    Verifies PVC material meets fire retardant standards — critical for welding enclosures, paint booths and facilities near flammable materials.

  • DIN 4102 B1

    Flame retardant (schwer entflammbar)

    Classification allemande de protection incendie pour les matériaux difficilement inflammables et s'éteignant d'eux-mêmes une fois la source d'inflammation retirée. Obligatoire pour les rideaux industriels dans les installations soumises à des normes de sécurité incendie strictes en Europe.

    Normal flammability (normal entflammbar)

    Standard fire classification for PVC materials that do not significantly contribute to fire spread. Suitable for warehouse dividers, wash bay curtains and general industrial partitioning.

    1. Raw material inspection

    Chaque lot de résine PVC et d'additifs fait l'objet d'un contrôle à réception. Nous vérifions les certifications des fournisseurs et testons les propriétés des matériaux avant la fabrication.

    Our Jiangxi facility measures thickness, tensile strength, tear resistance, colour consistency and dimension accuracy.

    3. Finished product testing

    Before shipment, panels are sampled and tested to verify specs match the order. Full documentation and batch traceability are included.

US Market — NFPA 701 & ASTM E84

SKP Material is actively pursuing NFPA 701 and ASTM E84 fire retardant certifications for the US market. We currently have fire-retardant PVC formulations with test reports available upon request.
