The Huizhou Plant

The plant serves outdoor exercise equipment, awnings and cargo tarpaulins, with customised options including specialised surface treatments for cargo covers and fire-retardant sound barrier sheet certified to Japan’s fire safety standard. SGS and EN71 cover material testing.

  • Laminating machine feeding a white coated sheet over its rollers

    Made in-house

Working with our Jiangxi factories, the majority of products are produced in-house, which is what keeps control over quality and safety standards.

  • Large fabric roll mounted above the laminating line

    Coating and laminating lines

Multiple coating and laminating lines across Huizhou and Jiangxi cover a range of products. That vertical integration is what makes consistency and delivery times reliable.

  • Dark PVC tarpaulin rolls wrapped and stacked in the warehouse

    25+ years of it

Over 25 years of tarpaulin production on this site. From rainproof cargo covers to industrial curtain raw material, Huizhou has been the base of SKP’s manufacturing since 1997.

What This Material Becomes

Tarpaulin produced here is the raw material for products made across our network — including fire-retardant sound barrier sheet.
