Inside the Plant

One site carries the whole chain: weft and warp preparation, power loom weaving, PVC coating, and final packaging. Controlling every step is what keeps a spec consistent from roll to roll.

    Eight production buildings, plus two

    Weft and warp preparation, power loom weaving, PVC coating and packaging all run on this one site, so no step is subcontracted out of view.

    Over 200 skilled staff work on this site. It is where the majority of SKP Material’s team is based, not a contract shop we buy from.

    Checked before it ships

    Our lab measures thickness, tensile strength, tear resistance, colour consistency and dimension before shipment. SGS covers third-party verification.
